Chimsy the Cake Shop was born out of my love for cake craft and the desire to bring in Tirana, for a flavor different — the authentic, european -, and full of spirit.
The inspiration comes from the chimney cake, a recipe for traditional Hungarian, which warmed the heart of the fragrance, teksturë, and the memories of the sweet.
In the Chimsy, all brum is prepared with love, brought forth in a moment, and dress it with lotions, fruit of the component quality.
It is that feeling “home made” which embraces it, but with a touch of modern, that is the buzëqeshësh.
